If your account was eligible for transfer to Bitvavo, your funds have been moved there. To complete the transfer, you can use the following link:
If you encounter any issues, please contact Bitvavo directly to resolve the problem. For assistance, you can send an email to support@bitvavo.com or use the live chat on their website. Make sure to provide your account details and a clear description of the issue so they can assist you promptly.
If you specifically opted out of the transfer or if your country of residence is either France or Austria, your funds were not transferred. Instead, any remaining crypto have been sold and the resulting funds were transferred to the last known verified bank account linked to your LiteBit account.
If there was no verified bank account linked to your bank account, we were not able to transfer any funds if any remained.
