Who can join LiteBit Labs?
The only requirement to join LiteBit Labs is having a verified account on our platform.
How much time am I expected to invest in LiteBit Labs?
That’s entirely up to you. We will send you invites to participate in paid sessions on a regular basis. Feel free to accept or reject them. Testing sessions range from 15 to 60 minutes in duration.
Is my feedback treated confidentially?
Yes, all data that we collect is anonymized. Your feedback will never be shared with any party outside of LiteBit.
How do I quit LiteBit Labs?
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject title ‘I want to quit LiteBit Labs’. We will take it from there, no questions asked.
